Sponsoring Moldovan Blog Festival Blogovăţ 2010

Propeople is the general sponsor at Blogovăţ 2010, the Moldovan Blog Festival, an initiative that aims to promote and consolidate better blogging practices in Moldova, to clout the blogger community in Moldova, and to create an alternative space for free expression, discussions and collaboration.
Propeople is committed to support, encourage and promote social innovation through new technology in countries where we have our offices: Denmark, Bulgaria and Moldova. Since opening an office in Chisinau, Moldova, Propeople has engaged in various activities to support local IT community to advance new technology into Moldovan society.
Michael Drejer, CEO, says “Propeople has a long tradition to support local communities in their effort to promote new technology in the society. Blogovăţ 2010 is a rare opportunity to encourage the youth in Moldova to be active online and make a positive change through everything we call Web.”
This is the second year when Propeople is sponsoring Blogovăţ 2010. Last year Propeople sponsored such local initiatives as Blogovăţ 2009, DrupalCamp Copenhagen 2.0, and participated at important events such local and international events as DrupalCon in Washington DC and DrupalCon Paris, Imagine Cup 2009, MVP Global Summit.
